Yeah, I've got a few. Mostly chasing customer orders today, making sure they actually make it into the system.

Makes sense. So when an order comes in, what's the first thing you actually do with it?
Honestly? I copy it out of the shared inbox and re-type every line into the ERP by hand. On a busy day that's two or three hours, easy.
